All Levels Yoga

This yoga class is a moderately paced class appropriate for newbie & experienced yogis alike. A mixed style class incorporating vinyasa yoga as well as attention to alignment and technique. Modifications are given allowing the students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to their needs. This is a 6 week series but is open for drop ins

Gentle Yoga

This class is designed to release accumulated tension and enhance your ease of motion. Careful sequencing of gentle movements in familiar yoga poses promote healing and open the body deeply. Deep breathing oxygenates the blood as we strengthen core muscles that support our every movement. We will work gently but consistently to improve circulation and flexibility, release stiffness and ease pain. poses are geared to attendees ability, with personalized adaptations. Every student is encouraged to go at their own pace in each pose to build strength, balance, agility-grace. This class is suitable for many health conditions. If your doctor has suggested yoga this is the class to start with. Contact us for 6 week series schedule. Drop ins always welcome!
