Private Training is individualized, one-on-one fitness programming available for all of our services. It is a method to help you achieve your highest possible fitness level and optimal health. Your trainer will design a dynamic, progressive exercise program tailored to your individual health concerns, fitness goals and schedule to maximize your energy and stamina, make your body stronger and more flexible, protect you from injury and increase your self-esteem. Your trainer will lead you though each workout, track your progression, keep your body guessing and make your workout fun!

What's included in your personal training programs?
All our programs include an initial testing and evaluation, resistance training and cardiovascular training program design, a review of flexibility and nutritional coaching.
Does Private Training include nutritional information?
Yes. Participants are encouraged to take a look at their dietary intake and consider ways to better their health and make sure they are fueling their body correctly to support their exercise routines. Our Trainers can help provide basic guidelines to help you reach your goals.
How often should I have personal training?
This depends mainly on your goals and preferences. Most new clients start with 2 sessions a week for the first few months, but just one, or even three sessions a week are not at all uncommon depending on your goals. Once clients have reached their goals or feel comfortable that they can maintain their workouts on their own, they often like to maintain less regular sessions, either once a week or once every other week to maintain their gains.
