Nutrition Survey and Evaluation
Take our 2 page Nutrition Survey, answering questions about your eating habits as well as sleep and exercise, etc. Our nutritionist, Sue DeBassio will evaluate your nutrition and meet with you to help you with your health goals, and give you recommendations and suggestions.
Follow-up to Nutrition Evaluation:
Meet with the nutritionist after your evaluation at the one month, 6 month and one year mark. This will help ensure that you are sticking to your plan. It is helpful to have someone hold you accountable to the changes your want to make.
Pantry and Fridge Make-Over:
Our nutritionist will come to your house and show you how to eat healthy by helping you to rid your pantry and fridge of unhealthy foods and by giving you a list of foods to buy to replace the old foods. You will be taught how to decipher food labels; both nutrition labels and ingredient lists. Sue will also organize the pantry and fridge so it is neat, tidy and user friendly. This is a game changer for you health and the health of your family.
Tired of planning meals that are boring or not very healthy? Sue will help you plan a week’s worth of healthy, delicious and easy to make meals; based on the likes/dislikes and any food allergies of your family members.
