Kendra holds a BS degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and has helped numerous people overcome that "block" though her fitness and nutrition counseling program. Many people believe that weight loss and fitness are all about taking care of the outside of our bodies. Not many people take the time to improve whats on the inside. I am not talking about your digestive tract or your cardiovascular system, I am talking about all the events, relationships and feelings that you have experienced in your life that make you who you are, up to this point! Naturally, we allow these events to define who we are and what we are capable of, whether it be a positive or negative. 

Overcoming what I like to call your "inner demons" is where permanent weight loss begins. You can't determine where you are going without knowing where you came from.
