Circuit TrainingThe Circuit Training workout is a stamina and strength building workout that is quick and efficient, challenging and fun. Each workout will consist of several “stations” forming a circuit. The exercises will include body weight exercises, the use of weights, kettlebells, large exercise balls, bands and jump rope.

PRIVATE GENTLE FITNESS TRAINING AVAILABLE Are you new to exercise or maybe a little out of practice? Gentle Fitness may be the class for you! Have fun and move through a variety of gentle exercises designed to improve muscular strength, range of movement and activities of daily living. Gentle Fitness incorporates an active warm-up, chair and standing work, stretching and strengthening to promote flexible joints, stronger muscles, and healthier backs. Special rehabilitative exercise are included to enhance balance. **Great for those new to exercise, recovering from injuries & the active aging population. |
