Cardio Strength BootCamp
Get a personal training experience in a small group setting. This class uses free weights & body weight exercises to help tone and sculpt the whole body. Beginners and advanced peeps are always welcome. We offer modified exercise for those just getting started. Each class finishes with focus on flexibility.
Are you new to exercise or maybe a little out of practice? Gentle Fitness may be the class for you! Have fun and move through a variety of gentle exercises designed to improve muscular strength, range of movement and activities of daily living.
Gentle Fitness incorporates an active warm-up, chair and standing work, stretching and strengthening to promote flexible joints, stronger muscles, and healthier backs. Special rehabilitative exercise are included to enhance balance.
**Great for those new to exercise, recovering from injuries & the active aging population.
