Barre is a new, dynamic way of getting a workout that really tones and sculpts muscles. Combining positions and moves from ballet with other movement, and a touch of Pilates, you will find muscles you never knew you had. Barre targets the legs and butt but doesn’t neglect the core and arms. This is a low impact class but you will feel the burn. Barre will also increase balance, strength and flexibility. If you like to dance and love fun and fast music, then Barre is where it's at!
