UPDATE Aug 1 2020: Since the COVID-19 outbreak & shut down, Newfound Fitness has transitioned our most popular classes over to our Virtual Studio via Zoom. Now you have the option to join our classes live or request a copy of the recorded class, allowing you to join us from anywhere that you have an internet connection
Since making this transition, our students have been staying more committed to training and getting their weekly classes in, whether it’s live or via recording (access to recordings expire 7 days after the live class).

“I love the virtual classes because not only has it allowed me to keep up with a workout routine during shutdowns and quarantine, it’s also been a way to still connect and “see” other people when we might not be able to otherwise. Also, it is a way to still hold myself accountable to do a workout — with still being able to follow a scheduled time and day, there is no excuse to not get a workout in.
